OVERVIEW
Join a revolutionary and historic movement by becoming a sponsor of one of our games for the 2024 season. Music-Performance Sports (Music-Sports) will be the next big thing since ESPORTS.
Music-Sports League (MSL) is the world's first music-performance sports organization. Headquartered in Newport News, VA., MSL is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. MSL administers the Song vs Song Series (SvS) and (COMING SOON) Beat vs Beat Series (BvB).
SvS is an online-based song competition where the independent artists are the players, and the sport is the performance of their songs and performances. SvS is made up of 4-regular season games, a playoff game (MICOFFS), and a world championship game (SUPER MIC). This provides independent artists the opportunity to earn revenue and increase exposure to their songs.
2023 STATS
MARKETING STRATEGY:
In the 2023 season, we used a combination of guerilla marketing and advertising tactics. Games were promoted using digital flyers, Ad campaigns via Facebook, IG, Twitter, and Linkedin to drive visitors to our website to participate in our games by voting. We targeted men and women ages 18-36. Additionally, the players assisted with their own form of promotions, as well, which greatly helped our numbers. Despite our marketing being targeted solely toward U.S. residents, we received voters from countries such as Ireland, China, and the United Kingdom.

2024 MARKETING STRATEGY:
In 2024, our goal is to use the same methods as we did in 2023, as they were successful. With hopes of a bigger marketing budget, our plan is to have a much larger reach in 2024 by expanding to radio and TV. To increase engagement, we will be rolling out a customer loyalty points program where voters can earn points by participating. Voter participation will be rewarded with points, which, could be redeemed for merchandise, NFTs, and other perks. Points will also be rewarded to our players for participation and competitiveness. Points would be redeemable for promotional and marketing perks. We will also be rolling out a mobile app to make our games more user-friendly as 75% of our visitors accessed our site using their mobile devices. Lastly, we are currently in talks with DraftKings to get the 2024 season active.

GAME SPONSORSHIP
GAME OVERVIEW:
In 2024, MSL host 4-regular season games (Silver Mic, Golden Mic, Platinum Mic, and Diamond Mic). Each game is preceded by a draft. The draft includes (Submissions Round, Voting Rounds, and Draft Rounds). Sponsorships will include the entire draft and game. The 16 songs drafted in each game, for example, the Silver Mic, will contest in the 4-round game (Round of 16, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and Championship). Matches are displayed on our website where people can listen and vote. The bottom left picture is how matches are displayed on our website. The bottom right picture is an example of our digital flyers that's used in ads and posts to promote our games.

- Exclusive naming rights (i.e., Silver Mic Draft, Powered by: YOUR COMPANY NAME and Silver Mic, Powered by: YOUR COMPANY NAME)
- Sponsored Ad placement (Ad provided by the sponsor)
- Sponsor's logo placed on all game promotional materials (online digital flyers, television ads, and name recognition radio ads)
- Sponsors will have access voter list (voter's emails are collected at the time of participation)
- Players will be required to make 2 social media posts mentioning the sponsor's name.
- $50-dollar vendor booth at the Music-Sports Expo and SUPER MIC.
NOTE: Sponsorship submissions should be submitted up to 90 prior to the Submissions Round of that particular game.

Our inaugural Music-Sports Expo (MSE) will be MSL's community business expo that'll highlight businesses' products and services primarily in the sectors of Music, Sports, Fashion, Gaming, and Technology. The tentative dates will be May 31st - June 1st, 2024.
The SUPER MIC is the world championship game that features the top 4 players from the Song vs Song Series MICOFFS game. The tentative date for the 2024 SUPER MIC is August 2nd, 2024.
As the SvS regular season games are virtual (website-based), the SUPER MIC will be a hybrid game (live and metaverse). The significance of the SUPER MIC is of historic value as MSL ushers in a new era revolutionizing how independent recording artists perform and promote their music as players in the world's first music-performance sports league.
